This is especially true not only because of the wildfires, but also because of the new restrictive shipping policies announced by United Parcel Service and FedEx that are likely to crimp the growth of the growing online wine channel. To help Wine Country tourism rebound, I created a study that investigates the messages that interest or dissuade tourists from visiting Wine Country. The link to the study is: http://bit.ly/2gUoY2K. It should take about five minutes to complete.

I am doing this pro bono because of my professional and familial connections to Wine Country, and my interest in seeing the region continue to prosper. The report will summarize which messages are most effective in stimulating visitor interest, and those which do not. These messages will be reported by the total sample, age, gender, past visit history, and mindset. They should be useful for visitor segmentation and communications strategy. I will report the findings after the study reaches a minimum number of 150 completed responses.

Any blog reader may take the study. However, the findings will be most valuable if the link is shared with past and potential visitors to Wine Country: their views matter most. I would like to encourage your readers to share the link with people they know to be past visitors or people who expressed an interest in visiting. Businesses and tourist agencies could send the link to their customer and prospect lists. The study will not collect email addresses or personal identifying information from respondents. The demographics noted just above will only be used for reporting purposes. All respondents will be anonymous. No contact can or will ever be made with them.

I hope this offer is of interest to you and your readers. My hope is that we can collect at least 150 responses by next Friday, the 10th, so that I can share results by the 17th or earlier.
stephenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07301208320876653579noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-941731830705031230.post-25876814912272665482017-10-17T13:15:19.199-07:002017-10-17T13:15:19.199-07:00Thank you Michael.
